Congratulations on purchasing your new home! How exciting to be moving into a custom built brand new home that is specified to your needs.. The `Decor center visit` is usually a small window of time during which you are under a lot of pressure to make all the choices. For some this can be an overwhelming experience. Taking a designer in with you helps when making the right choices for all the elements for your new home and avoiding costly mistakes. 

Services included in this package are:
  • Guiding you with the selections for your new home from tile choices, cabinetry color & design, carpet colors, paint colors and lighting guide. 
  • We will first meet with you to understand your style preferences. Please share with us inspiration photos, design elements you like and overall vision for the space.
  • We will then accompany you to the builder's design center and guide you in selecting the finishes to complete your new build.

How this works:
  1. Send us your details via the contact form/page
  2. We will respond back with an email on payment and available dates
  3. Payment is received in advance and decor center visit is booked
  4. We meet with you a week in advance at your residence to gather details on your style choices, lifestyle, color preferences and more.
  5. On appointed day we accompany you to the decor center and narrow down choices for all the finishes.

​PRICE: $1,250.
This includes a 1 hr meeting at your residence and 3 hrs at the design center.
Additional time will be billed at our hourly rate.
